North Shore Glass School
North Shore Glass School is thrilled to be offering kids’ drop off programming for the February Vacation week
We are offering programming for students age 8-17 February 17th through 20th from 12-3pm.
Drop off your student for a fun and artistic afternoon of glass art. Sign up for one day, two days, three days or all 4 days!
NSGS is a warm and welcoming environment for kids to explore their interest of all glass mediums and have fun! No prior experience is required.
Class schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, February 17th 12-3pm - Fused Glass Pet Portraits. Join Anya as she teaches students how to cut, shape, design and arrange colorful fused glass to make a stunning pet/animal portrait
Wednesday, February 18th 12-3pm - An Introduction to Stained Glass. In this class, Anya will guide students on how to cut, grind, foil and solder glass to make a beautiful keepsake stained glass hanging window piece
Thursday, February 19th 12-3pm - Fused Glass Picture Frames & Flameworking 101. In Thursday’s class, all students will enjoy making fun and funky fused glass picture frames. Students age 12+ will also make flameworking pendants on our torch while younger students will make fused glass pendants, jewelry & suncatchers
Friday, February 20th 12-3pm - Introduction to Sandblasting. Friday is for sandblasting! Join Anya as she teaches kids how to turn glass cups into custom designed sandblasting projects.
